Introduction of Tung Ah Foam

Tung Ah Foam is one of the major brands of Sinomax (Holding) Group Ltd, products include polyether foam for high-class home furniture, various high-tech poly foam, non-ignition foam meeting lab-test standards of US & UK, various chill mold PU products, etc. Our production plants are located at Shenzhen, Dongguan and Shanghai, with the most advanced CANNON VIKING computerized defoam machine and Germany AB computerized automatic die-cut machine. The production in 2002 is over 10,000 tonnes. Tung Ah non-ignition foam completely meets the UK BS5852 Standard and is recognized by the home-furniture industry as the highest quality and famous brand in China. It reaches over 80% market share in the high-end home furniture foam and non-ignition foam markets in Guangdong. Also, it is distributed in more than 10 cities throughout China, and creates the record of the farthest foam of car transportation - reaches Qiqihar in North-east China, thousands of miles away.

The China's headquarter of Sinomax Group in Tangxia Dongguan is the main production plant of Tung Ah foam, with over 100,000 sq. meter of land and 130,000 sq. meter of factory and facilities. It will be built as the most deluxe and grand garden factory with the most full-range facilities in China. Besides its own production plant, Tung Ah has its urethane research institute. Furthermore, it plans to build a R&D and sales centre of 10,000 sq. meter in 3 years in order to establish a one-stop raw material, facilities and product R&D team, and reach the objectives of "1 High, 2 Basic & 3 Number One".
